How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time from the Orders section. You'll see the current status and estimated delivery time.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before placing an order. Go to Profile > Saved Addresses to add or edit your addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Whish payments and Cash on Delivery. You can save your payment methods in your profile for faster checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it. After that, please contact our support team for assistance.

How does the loyalty program work?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Accumulate points to unlock rewards and exclusive benefits. Check the Loyalty section for more details.
